Step 2: First Impressions Count
When buyers view your property their first impression will be a lasting one so it’s important to make it the right one. Once you are ready we will arrange for photographs to be taken to enhance your selling potential and produce a sales brochure for prospective buyers to see.
Step 3: Marketing
Marketing is key to getting you the best price for your property. Your property will be advertised on:

Step 4: Viewings
Viewings will be arranged according to your preferences, we offer accompanied viewings at mutually agreeable times.
Step 5: Offer time
Once a buyer has fallen in love with your property we will contact you with the full details and liaise with you to get the best offer possible from the best buyer.
Step 6: Agreeing a sale
Once an offer has been accepted you will be notified in writing of the confirmation along with a Memorandum of Sale and ask you to confirm your solicitor’s details. Once you have instructed your solicitor they will send out a draft contract to your buyer’s solicitor and preliminary enquiries will be carried out. You will then be able to arrange dates for the survey on your property and proposed dates for exchange and completion. We will be by your side along the way to help the sale go as smoothly as possible
Step 7: Completion
Your solicitor will confirm the exchange and completion of sale and we will call you with the good news to celebrate, Your property is now sold!
